1. What type of file do you need for my logo?
We can accept jpg, pdf, or svg files. If you have anyther type of file please emails us and we will be happy
2. How long does it take to receive the order?
This does depend a little on the size of the order and the complexity but we will be able to let you know an exact turnaround time when we confirm your order. Usually its about 1 weeks but we also can try to accommodate rush orders if necessary.
3. Can you deliver items or ship through different methods?
We are happy to discuss shipping options and cost for shipping via email. Our preferred method for shipping is with Canada Post.
4. What materials can you print/engrave on?
We can print on any types of fabric, wood, tumblers, ect
